BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Isis Biopolymer's Board of Directors provides strategic medical input and knowledge as the company continues to develop products and begin pre-clinical research testing of its products for various medical treatments and chronic conditions.

David Poor – Chairman
David Poor has been Chairman of Isis Biopolymer since 2009, and is currently serving as its CEO with overall strategic, financial and operating responsibility for the Company.

Mr. Poor has built a record, both as an advisor and direct business manager, as an executive who was able to effectively redirect operations as necessary to maximize value to stakeholders. Mr. Poor has been directly involved with a number of emerging technology companies, as a private investor, board member, and/or advisor. His portfolio includes companies in the aerospace, enterprise software, medical device, defense technology, and smart energy sectors. He is also Chairman of GP Capital Partners, LLC, with offices in Boston and London. In this capacity, he provides strategic and financial guidance and support to the Gustin Partners' client base and other established and emerging growth companies both in North America and Europe.

Mr. Poor, a highly regarded financial industry veteran, brings more than 18 years of investment banking experience with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. In addition to his long track record of providing strategic and financial advisory services, his management roles have included: head of Morgan Stanley's operations in Australasia; Head of Investment Banking, Merrill Lynch Asia; Head of Merrill Lynch Technology Investment Banking, Americas; and member of the Merrill Lynch Investment Banking Management Committee. In these roles he has been involved with both large and multi-national corporations, as well as new technology companies throughout Asia, North America and Europe.

As well as his career in financial and consulting services, Mr. Poor has been actively involved in philanthropy and serves on a number of non-profit boards. Mr. Poor holds a BA from Harvard College, an MPA from George Washington University, and an MBA from Stanford University.

Arthur Gosnell
Arthur Gosnell is the CEO of Stonehurst Capital Inc., a private investment firm and family office located in North Salem, New York and Rochester, New York. Mr. Gosnell founded Stonehurst in 1990, shortly after the sale of the Gosnell family business, the Lawyers Co-Operative Publishing Company (LCP). Mr. Gosnell held numerous positions at the Company. He was ultimately the Vice-President of Marketing for LCP'S tax publishing subsidiary, The Research Institute of America (RIA). Prior to joining LCP, Mr. Gosnell was a Financial Management Program trainee at General Electric Company.

Under Mr. Gosnell's leadership, Stonehurst has made many successful private investments in both middle market companies and real estate. The most notable of these were Reilly Mortgage Group, Inc. of McLean, Virginia and the VehiCare Corporation of Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Gosnell served as Chairman of the Board of both of these corporations.

Mr. Gosnell received a BA from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Gosnell is a trustee of the Rochester Institute of Technology, the Nantucket Conservation Foundation and The Fessenden School of West Newton, Massachusetts. He has four children and lives in North Salem, New York.

Charles A. Gustin
Charles A. Gustin is Chairman of Gustin Partners Limited, Boston & London. For twenty years, Mr. Gustin has played a significant role in the acceleration of world-class organizations through strategy and transformation consulting and global executive search. His clients include British Petroleum, Hewlett Packard, RSA Security, Cambridge Technology Partners as well as many early stage companies. Mr. Gustin currently serves as an advisor to CEO's in the Energy, Technology, Defense and Healthcare Sectors. As a private investor, he has been an active advisor to over twenty early stage companies.

He is a member of the Board and past Chairman of a non-profit community sailing organization providing sailing instuction to over one thousand children each summer. Member New York Yacht Club and past member NYYC Auxilary Race Committee. Member - MIT Enterprise Forum and Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council.

Marcia J. Hooper
Marcia Hooper currently serves as President of HooperLewis, LLC, a venture advisory and investment firm. Her portfolio is driven by supporting leading technology based products across a number of industries including consumer internet, medical devices, business services and clean-tech. Ms. Hooper has over 25 years of venture investing experience having been a partner at Castile Ventures, Advent International, Viking Capital and Ampersand Ventures/Paine Webber Ventures. She began her career at IBM in marketing. Hooper received her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and mathematics from Brown University. She also earned a Master of Arts degree in chemistry from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Chris Hobson
Mr. Hobson is responsible for overall company leadership, strategic direction, and financial performance. He brings more than 15 years of executive experience in the technology and consumer products sectors and a proven track record of building early stage companies.

Prior to Isis he was Chief Operating Officer at txteagle (now Jana), Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Bandgap Engineering and SVP Operations at eCredit (acquired by Fidelity Ventures). Mr. Hobson began his career as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble where he managed a $30 million portfolio of brands in the Beauty Care group.

Mr. Hobson completed his B.A. at McGill University and received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He is currently an advisor to several technology start-ups, serves on the Advancement Committee of Trinity College School and is an active fund raiser for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He resides in the Boston area with his wife and four children.
